Management Capacity Building Program for Drug Control Program
The program is funded by UNDCCP
HCI has
designed and implemented capacity building program for the management
teams and healthcare providers working for drug control programs within
the General Secretariat of Mental Health in Egypt.
Training Modules:
- The capacity building program covers the following areas:
- Strategic Planning (43 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Team Building (48 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Time Management (48 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Meetings Management (48 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Leadership (46 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Logistics & Pharmaceuticals Management (38 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Training of Trainers (79 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Training of trainers for Family Health & Mental Health in PHC (12 social workers, 13 nurses, 12 physicians).
- Quality Improvement (62 trained staff members of top & mid level management)
- Nursing Management (181 nurses)
- Mental Health in Primary Health Care (18 social workers, 25 nurses, 25 physicians)
